• Contestant Registration will be held from 8pm-11pm at Carnaval Court. Winner announced between 12am and 12:30am.

*All participants must register in Carnaval Court between 8pm-11pm on event nights. All registered contestants will receive a wristband. Pre-judging will take place 11pm-12midnight. Harrah's official judges will issue a contestant number. All contestants who receive a number will automatically advance to the finals on 10/30 or 10/31. Final contestants will only be allowed to participate in one contest either on 10/30 or 10/31. Complete rules will be located at Carnaval Court Bar and Grill.
