Harrah’s Las Vegas has partnered with celebrity Chef Kerry Simon in a brand new concept - KGB: Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers - offering the ultimate in burger selection with the Simon flair. The restaurant is located in the heart of Harrah’s Las Vegas resort, serving lunch, dinner and late-night bites.

Dubbed the “Rock-n-Roll” Chef by Rolling Stone magazine, Simon has created a brand of sexy restaurants with a distinct vibe. At KGB, Simon took inspiration from his victory on Food Network’s “Iron Chef America” where he prevailed over Iron Chef Cat Cora with the ultimate burger. He parlayed that burger success into a menu of uniquely inventive burger offerings, signature snacks and sides, including the Iron Chef Sliders and Waffle Fry Nachos, along with sweet selections such as the Monte Cristo and Banana Split Nachos.

Offering more than 156 seats, KGB’s sleek modern design features wall coverings based on 1960’s Russian propaganda posters and thematic fixtures that create a hip yet comfortable vibe. While a wide array of vodkas are served throughout the restaurant, guests can utilize the full service ice bar for the perfectly chilled specialty drink.

“From the design and décor to the menu and ambiance, everything is very personal to me. It is always my goal to create a restaurant where guests have a memorable experience and they feel like they could come back and eat every day,” said Simon. “KGB offers a unique high-energy setting with the most delicious burgers anywhere.”

KGB is open 11am – 6am, seven days a week. The flat screen TVs that adorn the walls of KGB will keep you up to speed with the latest sporting events, news, and music videos featured throughout the day. All burgers, sides and snacks are crafted in-house from responsibly raised meats and market fresh produce.
