Experience classical Italian cuisine with a contemporary edge at Penazzi. This new restaurant inside Harrah's Las Vegas will be serving Gabrielle Penazzi's Italian family recipes, expertly prepared oysters, an extensive wine list and decadent desserts.
Sample dishes include: Passatelli di Nonna Fiorna, a signature beef soup with traditional passatelli noodles made from parmigiano cheese, eggs and nutmeg. Paglia e Fieno di Mamma Caterina, green and yellow tagliolini with ragu alla Bolognese, is a traditional recipe borrowed from Gabrieles mother and represents the colors of the Italian countryside.
A dish served tableside that is reminiscent of the Italian flag is the decadent Rollatini di Sogliole alla Don, a rolled filet of sole stuffed with crabmeat poached in a tomato-caper sauce and garnished with wilted spinach.
