ABOUT DEFENDING THE CAVEMAN

Defending the Caveman is the longest running solo play in Broadway history and now the celebrated worldwide success is a Harrah’s Las Vegas show at Harrah’s nightly. Caveman has won the hearts of millions across the globe.

Caveman is a hilariously insightful play about the ways men and women relate that has both sexes roaring with laughter and recognition. Couples are often seen affectionately nudging each other and strolling into the night holding hands. With hysterical observations on contemporary feminism, masculine sensitivity and the erogenous zone, Defending the Caveman has found a way to mine the common themes of relationships that goes straight to the funny bone.

Defending the Caveman was written by Rob Becker over a three-year period during which he made an informational study of psychology, sociology and prehistory. Today more than 40 talented actors perform the record-breaking comedy worldwide. Chris Allen stars in the Harrah’s Las Vegas show.

Reviews

"Rob Becker's anthropological take on the battle of the sexes is a popular touring one-man show that brought something new to Las Vegas: theatrical long-form comedy, in the form of a likeable schlub. ....on a set that looks like it's right out of The Flintstones." -Fodor’s
